The Archer Gold Medal in Psychiatry is awarded to the candidate who gains the highest marks in the Fourth Medical Examination in Psychiatry (HC4005). There is no money prize; the prize is a medal. The Archer Gold Medal in Psychiatry is sponsored by Fred Archer & Co., for which the School of Medicine, University College Cork is very grateful.
