What is IGNITE?
IGNITE is an award-winning, full-time start-up incubator based here in UCC. We have worked with almost 250 founders on close to 200 start-up ideas, with participants going on to launch companies such as AnaBio Technologies, Inaza, LegitFit, Neurobell, Recruitroo, TheWellSchoolsNetwork and TrustAp.
Do I need to have it all worked out?
You do not need to have everything worked out before you apply. In fact, a lot of good ideas are held back because people decide too early that they are not ready, not experienced enough, or that the idea needs more work.
If there is something you keep coming back to, it may be worth having a conversation with us before you rule it out.
Who else will be at IGNITE?
On IGNITE, you will be surrounded by other founders, start-ups and people building businesses at different stages of their journey. You will get regular feedback, one-to-one coaching, tailored mentorship, expert workshops, desk space at UCC, and support with grants, investors, pitching, IP protection and business strategy.
IGNITE benefits
The programme is valued at €20,000 per participant and includes a cash stipend to help you get started.
