EEE Research Professor Dr. Cian Ó Mathúna becomes IEEE Fellow

Dr. Cian Ó Mathúna from the Tyndall National Institute and UCC Research Professor in the EEE Department has been elevated to IEEE Fellow for "leadership in the development of power supply using micromagnetics on silicon".
Dr. Cian Ó Mathúna received his B.E., M.Eng.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, UCC in 1981, 1984, and 1994, respectively.
