Fidaa Marouf Wins Cork Heat of the RCSEd-COMD Dental Skills Competition

Thank you to all participants who contributed to the successful event and also to Dr Diarmuid O’Cronin who was the independent judge for the competition held in OTL.
Notable was the high standard achieved by all of the participants with Niamh Moore (Second place) and Asma Zulfiqar (Third place) highly commended.
The RCSEd kindly provided free pizza in the hub for all participants whilst the judging took place.
As the Heat Winner, Fidaa (pictured receiving his trophy from Prof Roberts) will represent Cork at the UK and Ireland Final Competition held at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh on Thursday 26th March 2026.
