Timor-Leste Justice Review
Dr Siobhan Mullally was nominated by Irish Aid to an international team of experts to review of the UNDP Justice System Programme in Timor-Leste (East Timor), August 2007. Timor-Leste is one of Irish Aid’s priority programme countries. The Justice System reform programme has been focussing on strengthening and rebuilding the institutional capacity of the justice sector, following the conflict in Timor-Leste and the transition to independence in 2002.
