Research project on Migrant Workers Rights in Ireland
Dr Siobhan Mullally, Claire Cumiskey and Liam Thornton of the Migration Law Clinic were awarded funding by the Irish Human Rights Commission to undertake research on the compatibility of Irish and EU law with the UN Convention on the Rights of Migration Workers and their Families. The research is due for completion in September, 2007.
