College of Business and Law holds welcome reception for its undergraduate and postgraduate international students

The College of Business and Law held a welcome reception for its visiting and full programme international students on Thursday evening, 26th October 2023 in the Upstairs Cafe of the Student Centre.

The reception was hosted by Professor Mark Poustie, Dean of the Law School and Chair of the College Internationalisation Committee.  Joining Professor Poustie in addressing the students were Head of College Professor Thia Hennessy, College Manager Colman Quain and CUBS Vice-Dean for Internationalisation and External Engagement Dr Lawrence Dooley. 

The enjoyable social event was well attended by both undergraduate and postgraduate students from Law and CUBS, as well as by College staff.
