UCC CI Held One-week Induction for New Teachers

With 2018-2019 academic year approaching, the Confucius Institute of University College Cork (UCC) held one-week induction for the new Chinese teachers.
The week-long induction focused on teaching Chinese in Irish Primary and secondary schools as well as the life and culture in Ireland. CI has arranged a series of seminars by inviting some educational experts in teaching Chinese as second language.
Through the one-week induction, the teachers have a deeper understanding of the local culture and schools in Ireland, so that they can have more confidence to face the challenge and promote the cultural exchanges between China and Ireland.
