2022 Summer Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi
Concentrating on correct posture and breathing control, Tai Chi movements are fluid, graceful and well-balanced, promoting the complete harmony of body and mind. Tai Chi provides mental relaxation and physical fitness. It is suitable for everyone and is easy to practice, meanwhile it integrates the body and mind to have an enjoyable journey.
This summer, we are offering free Tai Chi classes, you are more than welcome to hop in and join us.
Time: Every Friday(12:30-13:30)
Venue: Glucksmen Gallery at UCC
