Mary Hough
Biography
Mary is a qualified ACCA accountant with over 20years experience. She completed her undergraduate studies in UCC - BA and Diploma in Computer Science. She worked as an accountant in Golden Vale and held accounting positions in the NHS and P&O group in the UK. In 1994, she became the Financial Administrator in the National Food Biotechnology Centre in UCC which evolved into the BioTransfer Unit. She played a key role in the original APC proposal to SFI in 2003 and had been involved in all aspects of APC grant applications and financial management up until her retirement. Mary was the APC Finance Manager.
