Catherine Buckley
Biography
Catherine has B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Biochemistry from UCC. She performed postdoctoral research in genetics in Trinity College Dublin and the Microbiology Deptartment, UCC. She lectured in UCC’s Biochemistry Department before completing a H.Dip. in Education. She was Scientific Administrator of the National Food Biotechnology Centre. Up until her retirement Catherine was the APC Communications and Public Engagement Manager.
