ARCS chairperson receives travel award

UNESCO is funding ARCS chairperson and IRSA president Gordon Dalton to attend the World Science Forum in Budapest in a few weeks. At the event Gordon hopes to network with UNESCO officials to gain support and possibly finace for the EURSA concept (c.f. recent news update).
