UCC COMH students participate in national Health Fusion Team Challenge competition.

Congratulations to UCC College of Medicine and Health students Fiona Hogan (Pharmacy), Gilllian O'Keeffe (Medicine), Isobel Cuddigan (Speech and Language) and Kate Flahive (Nursing) for representing UCC COMH at the National Health Fusion Team Challenge competition in the University of Limerick on 20th March

This is an interprofessional competition for healthcare students whereby the students work collaboratively on a patient case over several weeks and present their patient management plan at the competition. The team delivered a very comprehensive management plan, showcasing skills of teamwork, communication and interprofessional collaboration. The team were mentored by Dr Aoife Fleming, Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacy, School of Pharmacy and supported by all departments in the COMH.
