School of Pharmacy, UCC Wins National Award for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
The School of Pharmacy has been recognised with the Pharmacy Excellence Award for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at the 2025 Pharmacy Excellence Awards, which celebrate leadership and achievement across the pharmacy profession in Ireland.
Held at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on 29 November 2025, the ceremony acknowledged the dedication, commitment, and collective achievements of both staff and students in fostering an environment where every member of our community feels valued and supported.
The award was accepted on behalf of the School by Dr Suzanne McCarthy, senior lecturer and co-chair of the School of Pharmacy Athena Swan Committee.
We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to championing equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all aspects of our work.
