School of Pharmacy, UCC Rises to 92nd in QS World University Subject Rankings 2026

The School of Pharmacy, University College Cork has risen to 92nd place globally in the 2026 QS World University Subject Rankings for Pharmacy and Pharmacology, placing it among the top 100 in the world for the discipline.

Published by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the rankings assess universities worldwide based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact. This year’s results saw over 6,000 institutions evaluated, with 1,912 universities featured across 166 countries.

This reflects the continued commitment and expertise of our staff, students and valued partners.

The result also forms part of a strong overall performance for UCC, with 27 subjects ranked globally and 11 now placed within the top 200, up from nine last year.
