School of Pharmacy Celebrates Wobble Week

This week the School of Pharmacy has been hosting its first Wobble Week - a week of activities to support students who are feeling overwhelmed by university.
The activities aim to foster a sense of belonging and to provide students with some tools and skills to cope with these moments of uncertainty. Encouraging the sharing of similar wobbles amongst students allows others to understand the normality of these feelings and to realise that they are not alone. Central to our activities this week was a talk by Dr Michelle O’Driscoll, titled ‘Weathering the Wobble – a toolkit for direction and connection’, which outlined some personal strategies and coping techniques for getting oneself back on track.
