Dr Suzanne Cremin Educates 3rd Year Students on STI Treatment in Ireland

On Wednesday, 29 March as part of PF3009, 3rd years were fortunate to be delivered a guest lecture entitled “Introduction to Sexually Transmitted Infections”. This lecture was delivered by Dr Suzanne Cremin.
Dr Cremin is an AMO in the STI/GUM Clinic, in the South Infirmary- Victoria Hospital. She provided the students with an overview of the work which is undertaken in her clinic, one of the biggest STI clinics in Ireland, as well as detailing the latest statistics surrounding the prevalence of STIs in Ireland and the latest treatment options.
