Watch and Listen: Enforcing European Union Environmental Law 2021 webinar and Latest Communicating European Union Environmental Law Podcast Miniseries

The Centre for Law & the Environment hosted a webinar on Enforcing European Union Environmental Law on 13 October 2021. 

Convened by Professor Áine Ryall, with funding from the Department of Foreign Affairs Communicating Europe Initiative, the webinar attracted over 150 participants. 

A range of themes were examined during the event including: an EU Commission perspective on implementation challenges; recent developments as regards public participation obligations and recent developments in nature protection law. 

Ms Justice Marie Baker, Supreme Court, Adjunct Professor School of Law, chaired the webinar.
