Knowledge Exchange and Collaboration at Physiotherapy Research Seminar
Our Discipline of Physiotherapy was delighted to welcome researchers from Ulster University and the Universidad de Sevilla for a research seminar last month, providing an excellent opportunity to share and discuss the breadth of research being undertaken across the discipline.

Colleagues presented studies spanning a diverse range of topics, including physiotherapy care in dementia, social prescribing, virtual reality, self-management of shoulder pain, total knee replacement, and many other areas that are helping to advance evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.

The event fostered valuable discussion, collaboration and knowledge exchange between institutions, highlighting the importance of research partnerships in addressing current and future healthcare challenges.

A special thank you to all who presented. Pictured here are some of the presenters Trish O’ Sullivan, Declan O' Sullivan, Niamh Brady and Aidan O' Shea, alongside other colleagues.
We look forward to continuing these important conversations and strengthening our collaborations in physiotherapy research.
