School Manager Fionnuala O'Leary (Applied Social Studies) and Dr. Bronagh Clarke (School of Pharmacy) participated in the Good Practice Symposium in UCC on May 19th, 2026.

Under this year’s theme of Belonging, the Symposium provided an opportunity to share and celebrate practices that support belonging in UCC. The event featured a range of engaging talks, presentations and posters highlighting good practice across teaching, learning, research, professional services, global engagement and civic partnerships.  Click her for the Symposium programme, including the posters that featured on the day.

Fionnuala is co-lead with Bronagh Clarke of the School Managers' Community of Practice.  They presented a poster about the Community of Practice and how it contributes to a sense of belonging for the university's twenty five School Managers.
