Position:

CEO

I am a people-oriented and principled leader. I have a passion for purpose-driven work, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a track record of delivering complex organisational change programmes.

Born and raised in Cork, I earned my BSc in Finance from UCC, and subsequent certifications in Business Accounting (CIMA) and Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.

I have steadily progressed my management consulting career in Accenture’s strategy practice, leading successful growth and change programmes for clients across Ireland and in London, New York, Chicago, Dallas and Moscow. My most recent appointment there was as Chief of Staff to Accenture Ireland’s Country Managing Director, drawing on my strengths in relationship management, financial analysis and organisational strategy.

Throughout my career, I have been a staunch advocate for equality within the workplace and in her community. I am currently leading a pro bono strategic review for the Sexual Violence Centre in Cork. I have actively championed diversity and inclusion at Accenture and was the lead for the Ireland Anti-Racism and Racial Equality Taskforce as well as a founding member and executive sponsor of the Asia Pacific and Middle East network.
