Maria-Teresa provides a comprehensive professional support service in the administrative and operational management of the President’s Office. She manages the organisation and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency in supporting the President’s strategic objectives, while also liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of the President.

Dr Sandra Irwin
Sandra manages a range of projects, strategic initiatives and events, supporting the President’s communications, and ensuring effective and timely engagement both across campus and externally. Sandra prepares the President’s reports and presentations on the university's achievements and strategic direction, and supports the operation of President’s Advisory Board. She is responsible for organizing events, preparing reports, speech writing, overseeing the Office’s web presence, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
Nina's duties include providing administrative support to the President’s Office ensuring the office’s smooth operation on a day-to-day basis, and maintaining an information flow among staff, students, government agencies and external agencies, and various other administrative tasks.

Dr Jennifer Murphy
Jennifer plays a lead role to develop strategy, establish metrics, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure results are delivered. She assists the President in planning and executing a wide range of complex and sensitive executive and administrative duties related to strategy, policy, governance, process, fiscal, academic and administration. Jennifer serves as a key member of the President's executive management and university leadership teams, developing and implementing key initiatives and priorities on behalf of the President.

Ms Alison O'Connell
Alison is the secretariat to the University Leadership Team (ULT). She serves as liaison between the President and ULT. She is responsible for arranging the President’s travel, correspondence, expenses, FOI requests and various other administrative tasks.

Ms Sarah O'Riordan
Sarah provides administrative support to the President's Office in areas such as strategic planning. She also supports several of the President's committees, researching and coordinating briefing notes on specific issues as required.

Dr Jean van Sinderen-Law
Dr Jean van Sinderen-Law is Associate Vice President, Director of European Relations and Public Affairs. Working with the Vice President Global Engagement, she is currently Director in UCC of UNIC, the European University of Cities in Post-Industrial Transition, one of the 50 European University Alliances and in her public affairs portfolio works with the President to drive UCC’s strategic objectives.
