If you did not attend your conferring ceremony on the 15 June last, you have been conferred In Absentia. Your degree parchment has been posted to your college registered home address.
October 2017 – Autumn conferrings - Updated 1st June 2017
Conferring ceremony dates and times for degree programmes being conferred in October are now available at http://www.ucc.ie/en/conferrings/dates/. Search for the date and time of your ceremony according to your college.
Correct contact details: If you are eligible to be conferred in October, it is very important that we have the correct postal information for your conferring correspondence. This is the address to which all correspondence will be sent. Please ensure that your permanent home address is accurate by 1st September:
• log in to https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie
• go to your online registration
• choose from the drop-down menu
• check and update your permanent home address.
Correspondence in relation to your conferring will also be sent to your umail address (email@example.com). Please continue to check this until the time of your conferring.
Eligibility for conferring: If you have a query relating to exams, results, submission of works or if you are unsure if you are due to be conferred in October 2017 please check with the Student Records and Exams Office by emilling firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fees Clearance: Students will not be permitted to graduate until all fees due to UCC have been paid in full, as stated in item 14 of the UCC Fee Debtor Policy. Students can check their fee balance by logging into https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie/ or by emailing email@example.com
Conferring information packs: We hope to post information packs, containing guest tickets, to graduands 2 weeks before the ceremony.
