Summer Conferrings: If you were conferred on 20 June and were unable to attend your ceremony, you have been conferred In Absentia ("in your absence") and your parchment is in the process of being posted to you.

Autumn 2019 Ceremony Dates: If you are a final year Undergraduate, Masters or Doctoral student expecting to be conferred in October you can find your ceremony date and time, according to your college, in the Autumn Conferrings 2019 section of https://www.ucc.ie/en/conferrings/dates/ .
Your contact details: Please keep your Permanent Home Address up to date on MyStudentAdmin so that we may correspond effectively with you.
Correspondence in relation to your conferring may also be sent to your umail address (i.e, firstname.lastname@example.org). It is very important that you continue to monitor your umail account.
Eligibility for conferring: For advice on your eligibility to be conferred please check with the Student Records & Examinations Office by emailing email@example.com or the Graduate Studies Office for post-graduate programmes (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Fees Clearance: Students will not be permitted to graduate until all fees due to UCC have been paid in full, as stated in item 14 of the UCC Fee Debtor Policy https://www.ucc.ie/en/financeoffice/fees/debtor-policy/ . Fees balance can be checked on https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie/ or by emailing email@example.com.
Spring 2019 Conferrings - In Absentia: If you were conferred In Absentia (“in your absence”) your parchment has been posted to your Permanent Home Address as registered on MyStudent Admin.
Certificate, Diploma & Postgraduate Diploma Queries: If you have completed a Certificate, Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma please contact the Student Records & Examinations Office or your relevant school/department for information about your award.
