Latest Updates on 2018 Conferrings - Updated 18 December
Spring Conferrings, 21-23 February. A full schedule of ceremony dates and times for each college and programme is available at https://www.ucc.ie/en/conferrings/dates/ .
Eligibility for conferring: If you are unsure if you are due to be conferred please check with the Student Records and Exams Office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If your programme does not appear on the schedule for Spring Conferrings please contact SREO to check on your status.
Contact details: If you are eligible to be conferred, it is very important that we have the correct postal information for your conferring correspondence. Please ensure that your permanent home address is accurate six weeks in advance of your conferring date. This is the address to which all correspondence will be sent.
- log in to https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie/
- go to your online registration
- choose from the drop-down menu
- check and update your permanent home address.
Correspondence in relation to your conferring will also be sent to your umail address (email@example.com).
Fees Clearance: Students will not be permitted to graduate until all fees due to UCC have been paid in full, as stated in item 14 of the UCC Fee Debtor Policy https://www.ucc.ie/en/financeoffice/fees/debtor-policy/ . Fees balances can be checked on https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie/ or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Latest updates on Autumn Conferrings
If you were unable to attend your conferring ceremony last month, you have been conferred In Absentia.
All parchments have now been posted out from the univeristy to your college-registered home address, so you should receive it shortly.
