Autumn Conferrings 2018:
Dates and times of ceremonies: You can find your ceremony date and time on https://www.ucc.ie/en/conferrings/dates/autumn-conferrings-2018,-conferrings-dates/
The alphabetical split for BA (Hons) (Joint Honours), BA (Hons) (Major) and BComm (Hons) will be finalised by 24 September.
Conferring information and Tickets. Conferring packs with tickets are expected to be posted out in date order from 24 September. We will also be in contact by email to your umail address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Conferring tickets. You can invite two guests to attend your conferring ceremony and reception. Your tickets will be posted to you in the conferring pack. Please keep your tickets safe – lost or forgotten tickets cannot be replaced. There is limited space in Devere Hall and no extra tickets are available.
Unsure if you are due to be conferred? If you not sure about if you are due to be conferred at this time, please check with the Student Records and Examinations Office (email@example.com) or the Graduate Studies Office for post-graduate programmes (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your programme does not appear on the timetable for Autumn Conferrings, or if you have queries about your results and submissions, please contact the Student Records and Examinations Office or Graduate Studies Office.
Outstanding fees and debts. University policy is that students who have an outstanding debt cannot graduate until all fees have been paid in full (item 14 of the UCC Fee Debtor Policy https://www.ucc.ie/en/financeoffice/fees/debtor-policy/). You can check your fees balance on https://mystudentadmin.ucc.ie/ or by contacting the Fees Office (email@example.com)
In Absentia. If you are not attending your ceremony you will be conferred In Absentia and your degree parchment will be posted after 26 October. It will be posted to the Permanent Home Address provided on 14 September. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Individual arrangements for parchment collection cannot be facilitated.
