Pregnancy Loss Research Group members present at Health Services Research UK Conference in Newcastle

Professor Keelin O’Donoghue, PLRG Researcher Anne-Marie Farrell and UCC PhD Student Varsha Shetty attended the 18th Annual Health Services Research UK Conference at Newcastle University from 02 to 03 July 2025.
Anne-Marie Farrell presented in one of the Pecha Kucha sessions and in the research discussion session on maternity care. Professor O'Donoghue presented in the maternity care session on behalf of Dr Emily O’Connor and the Féileacáin-funded ACHIEVE project. Varsha Shetty, who was awarded a College of Medicine and Health doctoral bursary to attend the conference, presented work from her PhD project in one of the Pecha Kucha sessions.
The team attended a diverse range of research presentations and plenaries from key opinion leaders, and networked with peers and colleagues from research, policy, and practice communities.
