Students put their formulation skills to the test in the Pharmacy School’s Pancake Challenge

Students showed off their culinary skills on Pancake Tuesday 2023.

On Shrove Tuesday last, 21 February, UCC’s pharmacy students were challenged to don their chef’s hats, put their formulation and culinary skills into action, and create delicious pancake variants to share as photos or videos with UCC’s pharmacy community.
