Six School of Pharmacy Researchers Celebrate PhD Success at UCC Conferring
The School of Pharmacy was delighted to celebrate the conferring of six PhD researchers at the College of Medicine and Health Conferring Ceremony at University College Cork on Friday, 19 June 2026.
Dr Claudia Giannachi, Dr Aida López Espinar, Dr Lianne Mulder, Dr Nicolas Pätzmann, Dr Callum Ryan and Dr Darren J. Walsh were awarded their PhDs, marking the culmination of years of commitment, innovation and research.
Their achievement reflects the strength of postgraduate research within the School of Pharmacy and the important contribution their work makes to advancing pharmacy research and improving healthcare.
