Pharmacy researchers took part in the 2021 BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition

School of Pharmacy researchers Prof. Abina Crean and Dr Piotr Kowalski took part in the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition forum Molecules to Medicines: Making Vaccines during a Global Pandemic organised by SSPC-SFI Centre for Pharmaceutical Research. 

They were joined on the panel by Dr. Anne Moore, School of Biochemistry, UCC and Dr. Sarah Hudson, University of Limerick. The Q and A moderated by Prof. Luke O’Neill Trinity College Dublin and Dr. Sarah Hayes, University of Limerick provided insights into vaccine development, regulation, manufacturing and storage.
