Irish Kidney Association sheds light on kidney disease and transplantation at School of Pharmacy for World Kidney Day

We were delighted to welcome Irish Kidney Association representatives Sheena McDonagh and Pat O'Sullivan to the School of Pharmacy for World Kidney Day to talk with students about kidney disease and transplantation. 

The session highlighted the importance of medication management and the role of the pharmacist in supporting patients with kidney disease and post-transplant.
