Creativity Meets Clinical Knowledge in PharmSoc’s Perrigo-Sponsored 'Pharmacists as Public Health Promoters' Competition
The 2026 Perrigo Scholarship Competition took place March 2026, with the theme of this year’s competition being “Pharmacists as Public Health Promoters”.
UCC’s undergraduate pharmacy society (PharmSoc), in conjunction with medicine and healthcare provider Perrigo, challenged UCC’s pharmacy undergraduate students to create infographic-style informative posters focused on the myriad of services that community pharmacists offer to the Itish general public.
Thirty entries were submitted, showcasing the creativity and expertise of pharmacy students across all five years.
Perrigo Scholarship Winners
The creator of the best infographic from each of the five years of the pharmacy programme received a €400 Perrigo Scholarship in recognition of their outstanding work. The winners were:
