Congratulations to UCC Pharmacy Society on winning The BICS Best Departmental Society award

UCC Pharmacy Society was awarded Best Departmental Society at the Board of Irish College Societies' (BICS) national awards virtual ceremony, which was held on 29 July 2020.

This award is presented to societies who work closely with an academic department in their University. UCC PharmSoc has a long-standing relationship with UCC School of Pharmacy, with Pharmacy staff speaking at multiple society events, including their hugely successful mental health conference and annual Careers Talk. By collaborating on numerous events throughout the academic year, the Society and School work in tandem to foster interest in pharmacy and to encourage students to advance their professional knowledge and ability.
