Congratulations to PhD student Kieran Walsh on winning best poster prize at SPHeRE Conference

Congratulations to School of Pharmacy PhD Student, Kieran Walsh for winning best poster prize at the 4th SPHeRE (Structured Population and Health Services Research Education) Network Annual Conference on Thursday 11th January.

Kieran presented an overview of his research in a poster entitled: Development of the Rationalising Antipsychotic Prescribing in Dementia (RAPID) Intervention using the Behaviour Change Wheel, with Public and Patient Involvement.

The SPHeRE Network Annual Conference creates a space for dialogue between all interested stakeholders in the field of Population and Health Services Research throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland and showcases existing studies which will be of interest to Irish policymakers and practitioners. The theme of the conference this year was “The Value of Patient and Public Involvement in Research, Healthcare and Health Planning.
