UCC to reopen Monday, March 5
2.30pm update, Friday, March 2: UCC will remain closed until Monday, March 5 due to the continuing adverse weather conditions.
However, the National Dental Exam Board of Canada exams will go ahead tomorrow, Saturday and also on Sunday in the Cork University Dental School and Hospital. Due to the bad weather conditions, the registration on Saturday will begin an hour later – it will now start at 9am. The exams are taking place to adhere to the Canadian exam schedule.
It is anticipated that the University, more generally, will resume normal business on Monday and that any changes to this will be posted on the UCC website and on the UCC social media channels.
We hope that all staff and students stay safe during the bad weather and heed the advice of Met Éireann and local authorities.
