International Conference on Landscape and Education

The UCC Centre for Planning Education and Research took part in a major international conference in Paris in May 2013, organised by Uniscape, the European network of universities that addresses the implementation of the European Landscape Convention. 

Doctoral researcher Karen Ray, (language editor for the 140-paper proceedings document) and Centre Director Brendan O’Sullivan presented papers on the challenges that landscape present for planning systems and processes.
