The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO)

EPSO organises 'open competitions' (tests and assessments) to select personnel for permanent and non-permanent positions in the European Union. The EPSO website offers advice about the selection process and preparation for these competitions. Competitions are held annually for administrators, linguists, interpreters, translators, secretaries and other staff categories. 

EPSO recruits staff for EU INSTITUTIONS:

Selection procedures and types of contract are usually the same for all of the above.

Traineeships

EU Institutions offer traineeships to University graduates. Several institutions also take on trainees (stagiaires) for five to six months. The Institutions organise the selection of stagiaires (not EPSO).
