CCAE hosts Interreg NPA and AURORA in Cork
Cork Centre for Architectural Education hosts Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic in Cork for a two-day event.
Here at the Cork Centre for Architectural Education (CCAE) at UCC/MTU, we hosted the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic (NPA) Programme, for two notable EU Interreg events at UCC.
These events celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Interreg NPA Programme and featured an NPA Lead Partners Seminar along with a communications meeting for the Joint Interreg NPA/Interreg AURORA Clustering Call.
The events were organised by Dr. Jason O'Shaughnessy, Interim Director of CCAE and Lead Partner in the Bauhaus Goes North Interreg NPA project, along with colleagues. Participants from across Europe and Ireland attended.
Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic is an EU funding programme supporting cooperation between remote and sparsely populated communities in the northernmost part of Europe on matters of shared interest. The initiative turns ideas into sustainable solutions to improve the quality of life of people living in the region.
