UCC Services Portal is your first port of call for student queries or issues. Here you can log your own support ticket with our Student IT Helpdesk and view any tickets you've previously logged with us.

If you cannot access your Student IT account and need to reset your MFA or UCC Student IT password, please use the link below to log a ticket:
If you encounter an issue with logging a case via the two options above, please contact the SIT Helpdesk on (021) 4902120 (pressing 2 to get through to the student desk).

Monday - Friday (08:30 - 21:00)
Saturday - Sunday (10:00 - 16:00)
Out of Term
Monday - Friday (10:00 - 16:00)
Saturday - Sunday (10:00 - 13:00)
Please note Student IT Support is
closed for bank holidays throughout the year.

MyStudentAdmin houses your student record information. Your course registration and module selections are all stored here. Biographical details and contact information are also found here. Certain information such as your home address, term time address and emergency contact can be easily updated using MyStudentAdmin. Later on in the year your exam timetable and exam results will also be found here.
