Student hub will have a major impact on student life in UCC
This 1860's building will provide a landmark to interactive learning.
On completion of the student hub , we will have a five story technology rich building. Within the setting, we will have a variety of study spaces, high techgroup project rooms, collaborative common space and pop up locations for events. Much of this is due to the innovative thinking of internationally renowned architects , O'Donnell + Tuomey. They are noted for their work in the creation of the Glucksman Gallery within UCC.
All this construction has taken place ion the Old Windle Building. Within this building, we will have twenty five different locations for student activity.To look at the history of this building and to see the transformation that has taken place has been a remarkable feat.
