Brian McCarthy
Biography
I completed my undergraduate in Computer Science in University College Cork in 2018. As part of my undergraduate degree, my final year project was awarded a prize from IBM for the best use of Open Source Technologies.
I am currently a PhD Student under the supervision of Dr.Aisling O’Driscoll, in MISL/CONNECT, Department of Computer Science, University College Cork, Ireland.
Research Interests
My current research is in the area of vehicular networking, primarily around 802.11p, LTE-CV2X and mmWave technologies.
