The Atlas of the Irish Revolution published by Cork University Press will be available in bookshops from September 2017.  

A review in the Sunday Business Post said

"What distinguishes the Atlas of the Irish Revolution is its visualisation of history through a wealth of pictorial material, principally hundreds of maps used imaginatively to deploy and display information… every household should have a copy of the Atlas of the Irish Revolution".

Winning the Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Award is a commendable feat in itself. To do so having never been previously published in any forum is an even greater one, but John FitzGerald, University Librarian and Director of Information Services has done exactly that.
