The Department of Speech and Language Therapy was delighted to celebrate its final year students following a fantastic day of dissertation presentations on the 14 May. This annual event marks an important milestone and provides a fitting culmination of the students’ hard work, dedication, and passion.

The day showcased a wide range of high-quality research and presentations, highlighting the commitment and professionalism of the graduating class.

We were particularly pleased to recognise two award achievements:

• 🏆 Audience Choice Award
  Congratulations to Grace Slattery and Amy Wallace, whose presentation received the highest number of votes from attendees.

• 🎓 Highest Mark Award
  Well done to Reece Murphy and Eibhlin O’Leary, who achieved the highest overall mark.

This annual event continues to be a highlight for both students and staff, celebrating academic excellence and the next generation of practitioners.
