South Kerry Discovery Programme
Engaging, Enlightening and Fun! 24 – 26 October 2015
ACE @ UCC has partnered with local experts in south Kerry to offer a new and exciting educational experience. This autumn school takes place over three days on the beautiful Ring of Kerry on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
This is an immersive hands-on programme that focuses on the rich local wildlife, culture, history, and archaeology. Much of the programme takes place outdoors where participants will learn at first hand about the landscapes and seascapes of south Kerry. This is ideally suited for people who are interested in engaging in a unique, authentic, and fun learning experience in one of the most scenic parts of Ireland. The programme is based in Waterville and this Autumn it runs over the October bank holiday weekend. This is an all-inclusive package (including tuition, fieldtrips, food and accommodation), while there are also one and two-day options available.
