Ashling O'Sullivan holds a BSc from UCC along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business to Business Marketing from DIT and a special certificate in Digital Marketing from CIT. Ashling has worked in marketing roles over the past 20 years with companies such as Eircell/Vodafone and Thomas Crosbie Holdings Ltd. Most recently she worked with The Donkey Sanctuary Ireland Ltd as PR Officer. At the sanctuary, Ashling was responsible for PR and marketing as well as managing the charity's social media channels. with a BSc Government degree.

Ashling joined UCC Academy in 2021 and currently works as a Communications Project Officer with the UCC Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, in partnership with the South/South West Hospital Group (S/SWHG).
