Note: A crewman of the HMS Heather stationed at Queenstown, Glazebrook died accidentally on Christmas Day of apparent suffocation when, while eating, food blocked his air passages. He was buried in the Old Cemetery at Cobh. His two brothers had been killed in the Great War.
