How to contact the helpdesk/ or log a call:

The preferred and quickest method is via email, help@cs.ucc.ie.

Insert the type of problem in the subject line ( i.e account problem, password problem, database problem
and give as full a description as you can, including your login username, full name, and contact email address.

The online helpdesk is available 9:00 – 5:00 each day ( Monday to Friday)
