Biological Data Analysis
Biological Data Analysis
Researchers in the Biological Data Analysis groups interrogate publicly available data using a range of statistical methods including ML/AI to obtain insights into fundamental aspects of cell function and in relation to human diseases. We also develop algorithms and public bioinformatics resources for the analysis of biological data. The School maintains RiboSeq.Org resources for the analysis of ribosome profiling data and is part of ELIXIR Node Ireland.
