Would you like to play a role in UCC's participation in the UNIC European University Alliance? The UNIC UCC Office is seeking up to twelve voluntary Student Ambassadors for the 2026/27 academic year.

UNIC Student Ambassadors support the UNIC Alliance at UCC by helping students discover and engage with opportunities including international learning, mobility, events, and student-led activities. Ambassadors become part of a network of students from across the ten UNIC universities and can contribute in a variety of ways depending on their interests and availability.

The role is voluntary and involves a minimum commitment of 10 hours across the academic year. Activities may include attending events, sharing student perspectives, promoting opportunities, supporting student engagement activities, and developing new ideas and initiatives. As part of the Student Ambassador programme, ambassadors with an interest in content creation can also choose to join the Student Ambassador Content Creation Team, receiving training in videography and video editing while supporting student-led promotion of mobility opportunities across the alliance through content creation.

Ambassadors will receive a UNIC Certificate of Participation, and hours contributed may be used towards a UCC EmployAgility Award.

The closing date is 22 October 2026. More details and application information are available here: 2026 2027 UCC UNIC Ambassadors call
