UCC to host ‘Ma Thése en 180 secondes’ Irish final on European Doctoral Day

Photo: Mélanie Depret, a PhD student in the Departments of Anatomy & Neuroscience and Pharmacology & Therapeutics and APC Microbiome Ireland was awarded a place in the 2025 international finals after she claimed first place in the national MT180 competition held at the University of Galway last year.

University College Cork (UCC) will host the 2026 national finals of ‘Ma Thése en 180 secondes’, a three-minute thesis competition for French speaking doctoral students.
