Dr Aisling Parkes appointed Special Rapporteur on Child Protection

The Minister for Children, Disability and Equality, Norma Foley, today announced the appointment by the Government of University College Cork's Dr Aisling Parkes as Special Rapporteur on Child Protection for a two-year term.
