Outline

Additional Teaching Mode Information

Staff outcomes; patient outcomes; theories of organisational readiness and application in healthcare environments; organisational readiness to adapt to change; conditions that promote organisational readiness for change; allocating resources; managing priorities.

Module runs from 25th March to 6th May 2024; No Orientation.

Practicalities

To develop a critical understanding of contemporary issues in healthcare and explore organisational readiness for change in the implementation of evidence based healthcare quality improvement.

Total Marks 200: Continuous Assessment 200 marks (Strategic Plan – 120 marks; On-line activities- 80 marks).
