Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences (Image Interpretation) is designed to provide already qualified practitioners with the advanced skills and confidence needed to accurately recognise normal and abnormal clinical findings from radiological images. The Image Interpretation course bridges the gap between image acquisition and clinical diagnosis, directly enhancing patient safety and workflow efficiency.
Through a blend of rigorous coursework, hands-on experiences, and clinical rotations, our Image Interpretation students develop expertise in systematically identifying normal anatomy, normal anatomical variants, and common pathologies (such as fracturs, dislocations, or foreign bodies) Graduates of this pathway emerge as competent and skilled professionals capable of applying their knowledge to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to advancements in practice.
